Returns & Exchanges
Sterling Pear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to exchange or return an item in its original condition within 60 days of original purchase date. For defective merchandise returned after 60 days, you will be issued a merchandise credit good towards any future purchases.

Step 1: Please complete the Returns/Exchanges section below and make a copy of both the Shipping Document and this form for your personal records.

Step 2: Carefully pack items in original containers and ship back to Sterling Pear:

When shipping items for an exchange or return, Sterling Pear highly recommends using a courier such as UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. Sterling Pear is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges unless it is a manufacturer defect.

Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. If a credit for products needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time or purchase. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.
