Online You may order directly from any product page on our website simply by selecting the quantity of the products you wish to purchase and clicking on the Add to Cart button. Phone Orders We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at 212.971.8777 ext. 0 and someone will return your call as quickly as possible to assist with your order. Payment Options Sterling Pear accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Note that you credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can opt to cancel the order and your card will be immediately refunded. Backorders Every so often customer demand exceeds our supply. If after placing an item in your shopping cart you see a backorder notice, we will list the expected ship date. You can choose to continue with the order and pay for the item, or if you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order and your card will not be charged. International Orders At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to APO addresses, but hope to offer this service soon. Ordering and Shipping Confirmations After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Sterling Pear. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. Gift Certificates Sterling Pear does not offer Gift Certificates. |
