Sterling Pear purchases take place in a safe online environment, using the very latest e-commerce security technology. We only accept orders from Web browsers that use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to protect you from inadvertently placing a hautenote.com order through an unsecured connection. As well, our encryption software is industry-standard 128-bit SSL, so your information is safeguarded as it travels between your browser and our systems.

That being said, like any protectionary measures, data transmission over the Internet is only as secure as its weakest link. Since we don't control the entire transmission from your computer to our network, we can't guarantee the integrity of your data before it reaches our network.

Sterling Pear invites visitors to sign up for our mailing list to receive occasional email alerts about special offers and promotions. During sign up, visitors can opt to inform us about their product preferences and how they heard about Sterling Pear. Again, we are committed to not selling, trading or renting your personal information with anyone.

Contests/Survey

Sterling Pear may occasionally hold contests or post surveys on our site. Participation in contests and surveys is entirely optional. We may ask our contest or survey participants for personal contact information, such as email address, name, address, or telephone number which we may use to send participants information related to the contest or survey.
